I am trying jeffing doing 60s run 30 s walk. As I get fitter the times will change I hope. I can only set 99 repeats which is fine for short distances but is there any way to just have continual repeats until I stop.
You can create your own training in garmin connect training plan. You can set up up to 40 repetitions and you can set up up to 40 repetitions of those repetitions, which gives up to 1600 for only 2 depth (sorry for different language, but I guess you catch the meaning).ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1463214.png
