Did you solve it? I had the same problem yesterday, I've tried all but the watch didn't wake up, it goes off or with blue triangle. I think the reason is the updating, I've the autoupdating on and since there was an updating in the last days it probably didn't go right. Very disappointed, now I think the only thing I can do is to give it back to the shop and getting a new one, i'm very very angry
I finally had to send it in and a replacement is on the way. I tried every trick I knew from years of experience with Garmin Forerunners. I will say the RMA process was painless.
I also returned it to the shop today, nothing has worked. Next time I'll deactive the autoupdating and will do manually the updates connecting it to the pc because I'm sure it froozed during an autoupdating via my home wifi.
Pleased to report my replacement 645M arrived today. The return process took about 2 weeks total, most of that shipping time. My replacement watch looks new (and may be) and works perfectly. I have it all synced up to Footpods, Peloton, Trekz Air and Spotify. All systems go. :)
