I am facing some serious trouble since this morning. I have already contacted support, but the reaction time is quite long.
After the sync this morning, I have noticed, that the heart rate plugin shows only red color lines instead of gray. Ok, no problem, but the time of the watch is completely incorrect.
E.g., now it is the time 09:17 and the watch shows 17:35. I have restarted several times, synced several times, tried to sync with gps, nothing works.
The the watch information, there is still screen for EPO: validity expired. Syncing with GPS does not help.
When I start the activity and transfer it to the connect, the time is correct. When I sync device, the timeline seems to be correct on the web (it means, the heart rate data are corresponding to the real time).
The other strange thing is, that I am not able to set time manually.
The time on the watch is "slower" than real time. Each "real 1 minute" equals to 54s of watch time. The time stops in the ctivity is correct.
When I set an alarm in the watch, it works according to the correct real time, not the incorrect watch time.
What the f... is going on here? Does anybody know? Has somebody faced it before?
