new (3 weeks old ) Forerunner 645 & Big Black screen Issue ( video attached )

Hi all,

I bought the new forerunner 3 weeks ago (after 5 years with polar) in order to run :
- next saturday the midnight bangkok marathon
- next month the vietnam mountain marathon

Since 2 days it s impossible to use my watch : take a look on this video https://youtu.be/TKUyluvYxd8

I did an hard reset but still the same

What I'm supposed to do now .... ?

I need your help and a watch for saturday ....

Looks like some loose circuitry that's causing the screen to fade. Definitely send back for a replacement if possible at your nearest distributor/retailer.

I have exactly the same issue with my 2 months old Garmin 645 music.

I had the same issue with my 3 months old Forerunner 645M and it was replaced under warranty, no questions asked. Just don't bring in the whole package and you will get a free charger out of this unfortunate situation.
