I turned them off because I didn't see much value in them so I'm afraid I can't help. How often do you think you should be getting them? Are you sure you have them enabled and consented to the uploading of your data?
The insights are created on the server side, not the watch, so this is actually a Garmin Connect issue. Try asking in that forum.
a good insight? if I set 8 hours of sleep and I will sleep 6 hours, a good insight might be about advices to how sleep... like fitbit application... with many advices about sleep, etc.
I just discover that I cannot import activities from old account to new account. With garmin connect I can export all activities with csv file but sorprise! I can't import that file... :-/ Why? I'm seriously regret choose garmin... I posted many topics on forum these days and all is ridiculous...
Even I cannot subscribe forurunner 645 forum because there's a bug (!) try if you can...
On the Garmin Connect web page there's an icon that looks like an arrow pointing up into a cloud. From there you can import csv, gpx, tcx, fit, and other XML based file formats.
