Hi there. My Forerunner 45 showed the gear icon for a software update. None of the buttons worked so I tried to restart it by holding the light button down. When I switched it back on, the triangle popped up, but the the screen went black and stayed that way. The light button can still turn the light on and off, but the screen remains black. This is a fairly new watch (bought in Sept 2022). Can someone please help me fix this?
