Periodically some settings on my Forerunner 45 will change. 1) I have time set to Auto but now and then it'll be 2-4 hours off and I have to change it to manual to fix it. 2) Notifications will turn themselves on. 3) Pairing to my phone will be lost and I have to repair them. 4) Sometimes it takes upwards of 10-15 mins to sync to my phone (Garmin Connect app).
The watch is 2 yrs old and I usually only wear it while working out, so may just a few hours/week.
Has anyone seen this behavior and/or know how to fix these behaviors? TIA
