My watch will not turn on. It only stays on when plugged in.

My forerunner 45 will not turn on unless plugged in. It is updated, and connected to my phone. When I unplug it, it turns off.

I'm also having this problem. New out of the box. How did you fix it?

I called customer service and they replaced my Watch quickly. Excellent service.

Were you still in your warranty period?
