I have a Forerunner 45s - would like to have watch alert me to my pace as I'm running. Found instructions to do so in the manual. Told to make change in settings, but settings (the wheel icon) on my UP button is not available. It shows on the watch face, but it's skipped when using the down button and I can't select it. Any one know what's up?
