Garmin Coach 10K

I've been following Garmin Coach Jeff Galloway's 10K programme to improve my speed but have stopped due to the load!  I'm about halfway through and the next long run is 11 miles!!  The speed and goal repeats are far too time consuming too and am finding it difficult to fit in around a busy full-time job.  In contrast, the hill repeats are too easy and the programme hasn't obviously been tweaked to reflect my performance, just continues to ramp the mileage up.  I don't really feel like it has made me any faster so far as it's too intense so I'm just struggling more.  I'd be really interested to hear what other people think?  I can realistically only fit in 3 runs a week on top of other classes etc I do which is why I went for Jeff.
