I want to use one of these to track my steps/hr at work. Problem is I can't wear watches at work and I can't wear it on my ankle due to being prone to swelling ankles. So I would need to use something like a chest strap hr to record hr data.
So my question is, does this watch keep a constant connection to an external hrm even outside of actively recording an activity?
