Turn off 'Auto lap' notifications.?

Anyway to have the Garmin 45 record lap times every km or mile so I can check my lap times post run in Garmin Connect without the annoying beeps and info popping up every lap? I turned off 'Auto lap' for today's run which removes the beeps but I now have no lap data to review my pace (splits).

Keep auto lap on for the distance you want , and at the same time remove- turn of sounds- vibration during workout.
