Disconnecting from Garmin app and run/walk interval alert not beeping

My device keeps disconnecting from the Garmin App. There’s just a question mark next to the device in the app. Restarting the device temporarily helps but it disconnects again quickly. I’m still getting texts and emails coming through so it’s definitely the app. It’s frustrating because I use the live track for safety and it’s disconnected during two runs so my husband lost track of me and couldn’t ensure my safety anymore while I was still on the run. The software and app are both up to date. I’m also having issues with the run/walk interval alert not beeping, just vibrating. The settings are correct and the lap and distance are beeping just fine. Anyone else having these issues!?
