I accidentaly deleted a core workout I did on Saturday 19.8.23, which I fortunately managed to recover using the Recuva software. The file is malformed, and when I tried to fix it in the FIT File Repair Tool software it was changed from a Cardio activity to a run with very strange GPS data as well as a different date. The only data fields I'd like are time, duration, & maybe calories/heartate (not essential); if anyone would be able to help fixing the file it would be greatly appreciated.
