Can someone please help me fix my fit file?

I just did my longest run post baby and it didn't upload to my garmin app like it always has. I can't even insert it in here but I can email it.

Pleaseeee can someone help me?

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a reputable file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.
