Watch not syncing activity. Fit file manual upload - 'We don't support the file type you tried to import'. Suggestions? Corrupt file and why?

I assume this was an indoor activity? Only one timestamp with GPS data.

Hi 1328082, I always check these before publishing the fixed file. Just checked again to verify and was successfully uploaded to my personal account.

There is a problem with the file being corrupt. Attach it to this thread. We can look to see if it is repairable.

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

Or you can try to repair it yourself using one of the online file repair sites such as FIT File Tools, using the section remover without any adjustments. The result can then be uploaded to Garmin Connect Web using the Import Data page

Sync your watch then do a full master reset of your FR35 using these directions - Restoring All Default Settings
Add a weekly cleanup procedure of the ACTIVITY folder to your agenda using these directions - Removing Recorded Activities to Free Up Space
Please report back here when you encounter corrupted files again

Hi. This file still doesn't work. It states 'An error occurred with your upload. Please try again.' when I have tried to upload it via garmin connect

Yes. We need the file from your F35 in the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder.
