I'm trying to move a workout from Garmin Connect to my garmin forerunner 35 when I press send it says forerunner 35 incompatible

I have rebooted, removed from iphone 12 pro max I can see it on the lapto but it wont send to my phone

That's because the FR35 really IS NOT compatible with this feature. You cannot send workouts from garmin connect to the FR35.
