Forerunner 35 stops counting steps, heartrate, sleep until reboot

Hi all,

Anyone had the problem where the watch *appears* to be functioning normally (time updates, can navigate menus, etc), but steps, sleep, and heartrate are not being logged?

I first began having this issue years ago. The first symptom I noticed was when I would check Garmin Connect, it showed no logged heartrate, sleep, and steps for the past couple days. When I checked the watch and watched the step count as I walked, it was not counting up. Only after I rebooted the watch did it resume logging these activities. After it happened a few more times (maybe once a week or so?) I began rebooting my watch daily. This had largely "solved" the problem for me. Now, despite my daily reboots of the watch, the problem has arisen again! Once last week and once this week, it's stopped logging my steps. It doesn't resume until I restart the watch.

Is there a workaround or fix?...

I'm on the latest firmware, V3.50...

Thanks.
