Corrupted .fit file won't upload or sync to Connect

Hi, Can someone help me identify what is going wrong with this fit file ? i suspect either GPS data or HR data that is corrupted.

Can any developer fix the file for me ? Thank you in advance,

Cure Your Watch by Deleting all the Old Fit Files only in the /Garmin/Activity Folder

The memory is probably full.

I agree with JoeD. Your watch is a Forerunner 945, but you posted in the Forerunner 35 forum. The 945 seems more stable and usually doesn't have these issues. Regardless, deleting all the files within the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder should help. If you've already synced all your activities, there is no reason to keep them on the device.
