I ran 15 miles yesterday -- but file seems corrupt :(

Question

Can anyone help me sort out this problem? My run won't upload and when I try it manually, it says that the file type isn't supported. Thanks!!!

 Try This One Manually Upload to Garmin Connect Web. Delete all old files from the Garmin\Activity Folder in your Watch to Cure the Watch.
