A6I61743.FIT.zip

This happened once before, but I don't currently have that many activities stored in my watch.

    hi,

second time ? time to call Garmin Support

    and continue with this

while waiting for the repair report back here : long list

    • the amount of FIT files in the ACTIVITY folder on your watch
      • (when folder contains many fit files time for a backup/clean operation)
    • the amount of FREE memory on your watch
      • (when low FREE memory, check above and below answer)
    • are you a MAC user
      • (empty BIN on device while connected)
    • was this activity with a long duration or distance compared to previous activities
      • ( long ones use more memory )
    • was this activty with a pause somewhere during the activity
    • was your watch on auto pause
    • was the watch connected to a phone during the activity
    • what was your procedure stopping the activity
      • did you stop and immediately pressed save
      • or did you stop, paused and then pressed save

    happy & safe sporting

  • There were maybe 10 activiites in the folder; i am a mac user; it wasn't any longer than most activities; auto-pause was on (and paused automatically during the activity), it was connected to my phone, and i stopped immediately and pressed save at the end of the activity.
