Bluetooth connection lost issue

I am having trouble (just rec'd my FR 35 yesterday) with the Bluetooth connection being lost. Even when my phone is less than 6 INCHES away from my FR. Only way I've figured out how to reconnect is removing the device from Garmin Connect on my phone and re-adding it. Kind of frustrating. Any other solutions I could try?

Hi, you should give us a little more info for us to be able to help you. i.e phone brand/model, running OS, phone settings (BT and location).

My daughter is having a similar issue. She bought a Garmin Forerunner 35 in November 2020. At the time she was connected via Bluetooth to a Samsung S9 (Android phone ). The phone will connect and disconnect constantly even when the phone is right next to the watch. She has recently bought the iPhone XR and she is having the same problem
