Forerunner 245 - Battery draining more quickly recently

I've had my Forerunner 245 for about about 2.5 years and never noticed issues with battery life. I can't quantify with specific percentages and days, but over the last week or so, it seems like the battery is draining more quickly and I'm having to charge it more often. My wife feels the same about her Lily. I've powered the watch off and on with no change.

I'm wondering if this is due to a recent update. The software version is 12.10. I can't tell when the update was applied, but based on memory I'm guessing within the last 2 weeks.

Has anyone else noticed this behavior?

    I have a 245 non-music version and I'm noticing a large battery drain on mine.  I'm on Beta 13.0 but it's pretty substantial.  Charged it Friday evening before bed.  Went on a run Saturday morning - granted I was paused for a short period of time (bonus miles before our fall training started) but ran a total of 13 and when I was done went from 95% to 70%, by Monday with only 3 runs in my watch was at 23% and by last night it was at 9% after doing an hour of elliptical in the afternoon.  Charged it last night, went on a short walk during lunch with a co-worker and it's 83% so in less than 1 full day I've lost 17% and I still have 6 miles to do tonight.
