Pulse Ox stopped working

Hi, is the wrist HR sensor working? or is it just pulse ox?

The HR sensor is working and so is the respiration. Only an issue with the Pulse OX. It just randomly stopped working on Sunday Night and I did not change anything.

I'm asking you because I have the same problem. But in my case nor the pulse ox sensor neither HR green led are working.
Have you tried turning the FR245 off? Sometimes when I connect it to the notebook, sensors start working again, at least for a short period of time. That's why I think it's a matter of software rather than a broken sensor. 

Sorry to hear your having those issues. It's so frustrating. Yes, I have tried to poweroff and also plugged into my laptop to make sure the latest software was updated. Made no difference.

my pulseox stopped working for one night, in other words it didnt take readings that particular night, but the next night it resumed normal operations and has been working since. If it is consistently not functioning correctly you could consider one of the different reset options available in the menu of the watch. One of them will lose all your accumulated data, use with caution.

Evidently I had somehow managed to turn it off. I don't know how considering I wasn't even sure where the setting was but thank you, I am back in business.

I have the same problem. Neither the pulse ox nor the green light works. If you managed to solve it, please help me.
