How do I access the IQ apps? If I press the running man button I only start / stop the timer whatever screen I start from; it is as if I was stuck in the runningn app. In the past by pressing buttons at random I've been able to sometimes get to the menu and start the app I wanted (a sailing app I had installed) but now there seems to be no way to do it.
To start a Run you need to click three times the Activity's button 
.
First it switches to Activities' screen - with visible lastly used profile. Second to chosen Activity. Third it starts it.
To change a profile, you need to press UP button while on Activities' screen.
If you press the button once, but it's like 3 times, then try restarting the watch.
