Forerunner 235 screen broken

The screen on my Garmin Forerunner 235 suddenly started to malfunction.

It frose, please see attached picture.

Anyone who knows what to do? Is it a software error or hardware error?

I tried all reset/restart guides I could find without any luck.

I have the same problem, I re-installed the 8.20 version using WebUpdater but the issue remains

No, it has unfortunately not been fixad.

your screen is disconnected from the motherboard so the Ribbon Flex is damaged or unplugged
