Support is useless

I just spent over an hour on hold and then they just hung up without ever talking to me. When I tried to call back, I got a message saying they're closed for the holiday. I tried one more time, since they contacted me first and had me on hold for that long, and it says they were closed yesterday and would be open today starting at 7am Central (it's now past 9).

Whoever is in charge of Garmin customer support should be fired tomorrow and then beaten in the street. What a worthless part of the company and we'll all be better off when that idiot is out of the way.
