I have a doubt. How do I perform interval workouts with my watch?
I'm already on the second 10k training plan (level 2 - based on heart rate), but I always have doubts at race time ...
at intervals when you say warm up, should I walk or can I do a light jog?
When you say: rest, after a hard shot made in zone 4, should I walk, stand still or do a light run?
