Several people including myself have had crack unexpectedly in the screen. No dropping or smashing the watch on anything just normal everyday use and Garmin insists it is from neglect. Its almost as they go cheap on yhe screen so you have to send it in to be repaired for The low cost of $110. The heart rate sensor is also not accurate at all in the higher ranges. I read reviews and omitted out the negative ones before purchasing and really regret that now. Lesson learned. Maybe garmin should include a screen protector or at least warn you how delicate their smart watch is?
