Wrist Band Width

Hey Guys,

i'd like to add a NATO-Wristband to my 235. Which Width do I have to take?

I see 17-18mm. I'm currently using an 18mm one from the vivoactive.

That measurement is 15mm on my 230. The overall width of the band is 22mm.

Won't a NATO band affect the HR measurement?

If you use a NATO band (which I loved on my Pebble Watch by the way), won't it interfere with the Heart Rate tracking? Unless you don't use that feature, that is.
