I pretty sure that is ActiFace...

    https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/apps/7ef071c3-4a14-4eb3-aca9-e3a531262711

But as you can see, my watch is seem having some issue, focus on the yellow zone i made, i dont know what is the problem
  • my watch is seem having some issue,
It looks like a font issue to me.

At first I thought the LED display panel may have been physically dislodged or otherwise ended up being misaligned with the display window, such that the top row of pixels is occluded, but on closer examination of the battery icon, the top one-pixel border is clearly visible – which disproves my hypothesis.

It's only then that I noticed the small font used by Artiface on your FR235 is different from the one used on mine (which is the same as what you see in the photo you sourced from the Internet). Your font is blockier (if you pay closer attention to the digits 8 and 5 in the images to which you linked) and possibly one pixel taller, and it is quite possible that the developer of Artiface made a reasonable assumption of how tall the font is in the chosen placement of the top line of text (i.e. status icons and counters) that don't hold true in your case.

I don't know how you ended up with a different font, so I don't know how to ‘fix’ it, other than to suggest a factory reset of your FR235.

    Hello friend,

First of all, thank for your look. I also think the same as your explaination, may be it is the font issue in my case.

Hope Garmin support can help me, cause of it look very stupid if someone have a look on my watch and find out that issue.

BTW, i also have another topic regarding to the font issue on my device. Please find the below link

  • If you know this is the Actiface watchface, go to the app store and either use "Contact developer" or a link it the watchface's support thread to see what's happening with the top line.

To check which watchface it is, (there are a couple others the look similar) you can verify which is it by a long press of "up" and then "clock options" and then "watch face" on your watch. Again, in the app store, try "Contact developer" as these are 3rd party and not Garmin watchfaces.
  • Hi,

It's really the font issue on Chinese models, ASmugDill made a good analysis :) The ActiFace uses internal fonts for all texts except time. It seems that Garmin chosen a different font for Chinese or APAC models and moreover, that font has different height. I'll try to do some correction into the next version, but without chance to test it.

    Hello Petr.Koula,

Thank you, but how can i get support for this issue...I'm from Vietnam and i bought that watch from an authorize store of Garmin in Vietnam :(

    :(:(
  • I doubt you can do anything with that. It's up to me to make some correction because Garmin probably will not change their fonts.
