Swimming?

I know this watch is waterproof up to 50 meters but how safe it is to swim with it?

I mean full on swimming. Is it safe to smash it around the water? Or that is not recommended?

I believe it's safe, but the manual says don't press the buttons whilst in the water. Also there are no swimming profiles on the watch so you can't really measure anything.

I'm not going to use it under water or while wet I just want to know if it will withstand the forces of swimming.
