Dead Neo 2T, non-response product support

My Neo 2T died, two weeks into its second year. No nothing, no resistance, no connectivity, but, howling ventilators.

I opened a ticket (PSC-146600) last monday, and exchanged by chat and mail all relevant information. A video of the machine, check of the power supply, as well as a copy of the invoice.

Since then, no reaction. Not even to my daily request for information.

I am very sad to see this lack of responsiveness by a brand that I always thought high of.
