Desktop app does not load media

Hello,

I have been having an error for last 3 weeks, my desktop app does not load media, so I am unable to use downloaded films as well as cannot stream. Did any had this problem before? I have contacted the support and it seems that I have some settings issue on my laptop (using DEL XPS 17). On other laptop it works.

hi,

did you try to "link movies" option in settings (bottom most one)

I had to reinstall whole TDApp and do the "link movies" and it works since...

What folders should be specified in the setting?
