No reply from Tacx and Garmin support

My Tacx Neo is making the most extraordinary noises and is unusable but I haven’t got any reply from either Tacx support (on the offchance they still exist) or Garmin support. Don’t believe me? Have a listen:

eightace - Where are you located? It sounds like the magnetic disc needs to be cleaning. Have you tried using the disc extractor tool and doing that?

Been trying to find and get help on this plus have found a lot people with the same problem

Gear running are new Garmin 1030 (Aug 2020) up to date.

Right so from this year I can not ride slop or power - control by my Garmin or the app on my phone on by the 1030

Why around every 34/45 sec to 1 min I drops of and wind up needing to re add the level I was on (pain in the ass)

Or try and just ride bike gears as where the Neo is happy to stay set right

Please help with this
