Where to get new Tacx Neo housing?

Dear All,

After waiting for more than a week for a reply from Garmin Support (and not expecting any kind of feedback from them any more), I would like to ask my question here and see if someone may help.

I am looking for a new Tacx Neo housing:

T2803.01 Housing upper left NEO Smart
T2803.02 Housing upper right NEO Smart

Unfortunately, Tacx is not offering it at its website any more. The Garmin online shop does not list the article, too.

I would finally like to close this thread.

Thanks for your replies. Indeed, Tacx does not provide any support for the Neos any more and Garmin does not sell the Neo housing. I really miss the fast and excellent Tacx service. I already know which trainer I will purchase when my good old Neo OG dies...

Worstje - Apologies for missing this! Where are you located? I can see that we have some available in the US and UK. We also have a screw kit available if you also need the housing screws.
