Why does my garmin vivosport watch say i have done 1730 steps in a hour hour when ive been on my bed sleeping plus its said the day i did those said steps was on wednesday infact it was thursday cause i looked at my calender on the wall
Maybe you did something with your hand while sleeping? Like for example some rhythmic motion, that could fool the watch into thinking that you were walking. Or maybe you were genuinely walking? Like for example sleepwalking?
