My Vivosmart 5 is telling me that I am stressed for half of my sleeping time - I've been doing breath work before I go to bed, my room is conducive for sleep, I don't drink, I stop eating hours before, no caffeine after 4pm... I do have sleep apnea, but I also use a cpap. I'm not especially fit, but I've been taking a walk every day before dinner. Not sure what else I should be doing at this point! Any advice? Is it related to the sleep apnea and even with a cpap that's just how it is?
