Firmware not updating to 5.40 .

My Vivosmart 4 is showing firmware is upto date in connect as well as in Express. But my firmware version is 5.20 . Firmware version 5.40 is released months ago what may be the problem?

After searching a lot I found it is the Apac version so updates will come late. I request to Garmin if anyone from you reading this please update the Apac version also, before buying I was not knowing this....
