Why isn't my Vivosmart 4 recording any deep sleep? Anyone else having this problem?
How do you know you're getting deep sleep?
Had a FitBit Charge 5 that always recorded some deep sleep. Nothing has changed except for the watches.
Lots of things can cause you not to have any deep sleep, so unless you wear the 2 watches at night, It's all a guess.
I know that Garmin's sleep feature is not very good, and I would not trust it to be accurate.
