No swim option

I am unable to add a swim option in my connect app nor on my viviosmart 4. I have tried the procedures recommended but they do not work. What can I do? I just replaced my old viviosmart hr with the 4 but am not able to get it to add activities

    Tap on the Health Data tab > Activity > Workouts > "+" sign (upper-right). Select "Swimming" as the Activity Type and add your workout data, including Calories, Distance and Start / End time.
