Please someone explain why my Vivosmart HR+ will not connect to GPS?

I went for a walk yesterday, no issues with GPS. Now today, on a clear sunny day, I'm going on 30 minutes with no satellite connection. I did a sync with Garmin Connect AND Garmin Express, and have no idea what else to try!

But my internet searches have been useless, filled with answers from years ago that don't apply to me.

Please help!

Hey there! If the device can not find GPS and its up to date and you tried both Connect and Express I would certainly recommend restoring the device to defaults. You can do this by going into the settings of the device then system and restore. It starts the watch from new but your app saves the data. Then please try to connect to the GPS.
