Hi all,
Since my vívosmart 4 was upgraded to software version 5.0 the device is no longer tracking speed or distance data for a Cardio activity. When I look, at the contents of a .TCX file for a given activity I can see that all speed and data entries are 0.0. With software 4.9 I always had speed and distance data.
Does anyone else have this issue? or does anyone know if this is a bug or is this a change in functionality or is there simply somewhere I can re-enable this?
If it's a change in functionality is there a place that I can find the old 4.9 software so that In can roll back the device?
Sorry for all the questions in one thread but I was loving my vivosmartand the speed data was a useful KPI for me in improving my fitness.
