Why does my Vivosmart 4 Flash red?

Occasionally we notice that the device flashes red but we can’t work our why - anyone got any idea??

PulseOx enabled. It'll start PulseOx during your configured bed times. It'll measure as long as you keep still. Otherwise it'll stop and wait for you to calm down.

But it wakes me up and then I have trouble getting back to sleep. So basically disrupt sleep pattern.
