Intensity Minutes

Hi all, each Monday my intensity minutes reset on my vivosmart 4, however, after doing a workout and going for a brisk walk today, no minutes are showing up and I have synced my device.  This seems to happen each Monday to me.  Any suggestions on how I can get my minutes to show up?  

  • Hello, try to reboot your vivosmart. Also check your "Activity Class" in your Garmin Connect profile (on the website) and try to lower it.

  • I think you need to alter the settings in the Heart Rate Zones. It is under User Settings in Device (click on the picture of the watch on your smartphone). My own max. HR is not the normal "220-your age, " so I lowered it by 5 bpm, and that helped.
