Body battery Physio TrueUp not working

Well, what a surprise when i see the body battery is not syncing between my Forerunner 945 and Vimosmart 4, how is this possible?

What's the point of all the Physio TrueUp stuff then??

come back from a long discussion with Garmin support.

Physio True Up does not transfer BodyBattery status between devices, neither is any watch recalulating this metric by data received by other devices…

Supposedly they stated it won’t sync which to me makes the feature pointless

Makes no sense, thus, you get the Stress level synced but not the very related Body battery?? wtf??

Hello, is the problem solved for you? I got the same last night on my newly purchased Vivosmart4, it works just fine on my Fenix6 :-/

So finally BodyBattery does NOT work if you use more then one device, making the feature pointless

I use my Fenix 5x and the Vivosmart 4 simultaneously for the better record of the body battery.
