How to turn off all but the movement reminders?

I WANT the Vivosmart 4 to buzz when I haven't moved in a while. I DON'T want it to buzz all those other times. like when I go up some stairs, or when the pedometer rolls over to another 1000. I've explored the iOS app settings on my own and online but I can't figure out if it's possible or how to do it. Any help would be much appreciated! --Danny

I don't think this is strictly possible. however, perhaps you could set your step and floors goals to be fairly high and do the step one as a 'manual
