Vivomove Sport unusable on day 1

I unboxed and used the watch immediately at a coffee shop after I bought it from an Official Garmin store inside the mall.

It was working good.

Upon reaching home, I decided to update the firmware to the latest which is 3.04 using Garmin Express on Windows.

The update finished but the screen is stuck on charging icon. I can't connect the watch anymore to my Phone using bluetooth and my computer can't recognize the USB device anymore.

The watch does not respond to double tap, hold gestures. I will return this to the shop tomorrow.
