Watch face not showing up?

I bought a new Vivomove Sport and it works fine for the most part but as of late, when I look at the watch, the usual watch face I set for it doesn’t show up. It instead used to say “Updated to version X” and now it says “Touch screen was updated.” I’ve tried syncing the watch with my phone app multiple times but it doesn’t work. How am I supposed to bring the watch face back?
