Vivomove sport training Readiness?

I've only had mine for 3 days and am still learning, but why is there no Training Readiness score? Does it take time to calibrate? There's an option to move the widget around in the app settings but it's not actually showing up anywhere.

Training readiness is a feature available only on some most recent and most advanced garmin watches. The vivosport doesn't have that feature.

Thanks mate. I figured that, but did think it was strange it was a widget option.
